Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship exclusively within the United States. This allows us to guarantee faster delivery times and reliable service. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we’re working on expanding our coverage in the future.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
We offer free standard shipping ( 3–5 business days ). Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. For faster delivery, choose expedited shipping ( 2–4 business days ) at a flat rate of $7.99 during checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
How do I make a warranty claim?
To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Do you offer bulk or corporate order discounts?

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Yes, you may update your shipping address within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer support team. Please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes can no longer be made.

How to get the product repaired?
To pair the product with the app, make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone. Open the app, select “Add Device,” and choose your product from the list. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
What is the battery life of the smartwatch?
The smartwatch offers up to 7 days of battery life on a single charge, depending on usage. Heavy features like GPS or continuous tracking may shorten battery time, while basic use can extend it.
Is the smartwatch waterproof?
Yes. The smartwatch is water-resistant and can handle everyday splashes, sweat, and rain. However, it is not suitable for swimming, diving, or extended submersion in water.
What is the weight of the AR glasses?
The AR glasses weigh approximately 60g, making them exceptionally lightweight and comfortable to wear for extended periods on the course.
Can the Monitor's monitoring data be synchronized to a mobile app?
Yes. The monitor’s data can be seamlessly synchronized to the mobile app via Bluetooth. Once paired, your performance metrics are automatically updated in the app, allowing you to review, track, and analyze your results anytime.
